NEW OPPORTUNITIES, NEW PROJECTS IN REAL ESTATE SECTOR
EuroEmlak European Real Estate Investment and Development Fair will be held by
Pozitif Trade Fairs between the dates of 16-22 February 2011 and it will bring
together the professionals of the industry in İstanbul once again. During the
fair, distinguished housing projects, construction and architectural trends will
be exhibited and living space of future will be displayed to visitors. In the
fair many products and services shall be exhibited jointly such as elite housing
and villa projects, residences, smart buildings, plazas, industrial sites,
earthquake resistant prefabricated houses made up of wood, steel, financial and
insurance services. The fair is expected to be visited by 125.000 visitors
totally.
EuroEmlak Fair will be held concurrently with Eurasia Boat Show which will be
held between the dates of 11-20 February 2011. Eurasia Boat Show is the 2nd
biggest boat and yacht fair of the world, organised on land, where luxury boats,
yachts and sailboats and water sports equipments are exhibited and attracts
great attention from the media and visitors. Visitors shall be allowed to visit
the halls where both fairs are organised and it targeted to create a more
dynamic atmosphere thereby.
EuroEmlak European Real Estate Investment and Development Fair brings together
giant firms of the world with local firms and aims to establish eco-dialogue
between them and contractors, investors, mediators and subsectors. It is
targeted that there will be an interaction between foreign investors and local
firms at the fair platform and new cooperation arrangements are made on project
basis and commercial field. Many exhibitors will attend the fair mainly from USA
and EU countries and also from Turkic Republics, United Arab Emirates (UAE),
Iran, Iraq, Israel and Syria and it will play an effective role for the sector
to gain a new vision.
